It's expected that in the near future (Before the end of April) that Sage (UK) will announce the withdrawal of support from their legacy software which are older than two releases from current. Therefore, as it stands, the minimum supported platform for Sage Line 500 will be Version 5.5. Sage 1000 minimum supported platform would be Sage 1000 V2.1. As a consequence the following platforms will no longer be recognised as supported by Sage :
• Tetra CS/3 (all versions)
• Sage Enterprise V2, V2.1, V2.2 and above
All end Users who fall into the unsupported category when their current Sage support contract expires are advised to ensure they have sufficient support from their reseller or authorised other and may wish to seek advice on upgrade paths available to the minimum supported version Line 500 V5.
